Cancellation Penalties: In the event that minimum of 20 passengers is not achieved, tour will be cancelled, and all parties will be refunded prior to June 10, 2023. After minimum is met the following penalties apply: (LAND) if written cancellation is received by Hammond Tour more than 120 days prior to departure, a processing fee of $750 per person will apply. 120 days or less prior to departure- a 100% cancellation penalty fee applies. Air is completely non-refundable once paid. Once air is offered there will be a specific date given to pay. We strongly recommend Travel Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. Please contact www.travelguard.com to purchase insurance. Any circumstances of a personal nature are not covered.
