What is a Chauffeur Tour?

Our chauffeur Tour begins first and foremost with our Driver guides who are well versed  in Ireland and all  its landscapes, visitor sights  and history.  These driver guides are all Blue badged certified , meaning they study for up to two years and partake in both written and practical exams(www.tourguide.ie).  Whether you choose to retain your driver guide for all or a portion  of your tour, at the end of your  stay in Ireland you will feel as if you are parting with a member of your family when bidding farewell to your driver guide

Having a driver guide in Ireland proves beneficial for a multitude of reasons, namely eliminating the stress and hassle of a self-drive tour. Often times on a self-drive tour, clients are more focused on navigating through the windy difficult roads rather than enjoying all the esthetic beauty and splendor that Ireland has to offer.   Moreover, we can cater a chauffeur driven tour based on your specifications and should you feel the need to divert off the beaten path, our driver guides are more than happy to comply. 

At Hammond Tours, our chauffeur tours can be designed to fit virtually every budget with a creative mix of both transfers and chauffeur days and where applicable, we provide you with pertinent information on  publicly escorted day trips.  

All vehicles are deluxe with inclusions such as leather seating and many can be adjusted to allow for tables and additional seating.  In addition, weather you are travelling with a 2, 4, 6, or 50 people, we have in our fleet a plethora of different  vehicles depending on the size of your party.   Upon request we would be happy to send your photos of  our fleet of vehicles.
